Return Policy – Bluemedtech
We are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied
with their purchases
Pursuant to section 120 of the FCCPA. we enjoin you to read
this policy carefully.
This policy is provided to promote a seamless and
trustworthy commercial to our customers.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases we are
here to help.
RETURNS
You have 72 hours to return an item from the date you
received the item to be eligible for the return.
1.1: Your item must be unused and in the same conditions
that you received it.
1.2: Your item must be in original packaging.
1.3: You must have the receipt or proof of purchases.
Please take note that we only accept return of productions that is (are)
entirely different, that it is to say, if you ordered a cell phone and
the company’s delivery representative mistakenly delivers a touch light. This
item or form of transaction is returnable. It will suffice to say that any
other form of transaction is non-returnable.
We do not also accept the return of items that are marked as
“final sales” this cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

If your item(s) meets the criteria or the threshold
enumerated in clause 1.1 to 1.3.1 above and you wish or desire to draw the
attention of the company or make a return of the item. You are advised to;

You will be notified when we have received and process
your return.
SHIPPING COST
We are happy to offer free returns in some cases, and may
also offer a return label in some cases. You may be responsible for return
shipping cost, depending on the reason for the return.
You will be responsible for giving your own shipping costs
for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We operate a non-refundable policy as we only exchange items
for items and not money for item(s)
